How This Works

The short version: we run the website and the phone number. One independent Tulsa contractor does the work. You never pay us anything.

What we are

Tulsa Foundation Repair Co is a lead service. We're not a foundation company. We don't own a drill rig, we don't employ a crew, and nobody from this site will ever crawl under your house. What we do is build and run a website about foundation repair in Tulsa, answer the questions homeowners actually search for, and send the calls that come in to one foundation contractor we've chosen to work with.

What happens when you call

You call REPLACE_PHONE or fill out the form. The call rings straight through to the contractor's phone. The form lands in the contractor's inbox within minutes. That's the whole handoff. Your number doesn't go into a database, it doesn't get auctioned, and it doesn't get passed to four other companies. One contractor, every time.

From there it's a normal foundation job. The contractor calls you back, comes out, measures the floor, looks at the cracks and the drainage, and writes you a quote. If you hire them, they do the work. If you don't, that's the end of it.

Who does the work

The contractor. All of it. The inspection, the quote, the piers, the leveling, the crawl space, the cleanup. They do it under their own Oklahoma license (REPLACE_LICENSE), their own general liability insurance, and their own workers comp. The warranty on the work is theirs too, and it's in writing on their paperwork, not ours.

Anything on this site that says "we come out" or "we measure the floor" means the contractor does. We write it that way because it's how the person who shows up at your door would say it, but the person who shows up is them, not us.

Who pays whom

The contractor pays us for the marketing. That's it. We don't mark up the job, we don't take a percentage of your quote, and we don't get paid more if you spend more. The price the contractor writes down is the price they'd write for anyone who found them any other way.

Homeowners pay nothing to us. Not for the call, not for the inspection, not for the quote, not ever. There's no account to create and no fee hiding anywhere.

What you can ask for

Before anyone starts work, you're entitled to all of this, and a good contractor will hand it over without being asked twice:

  • The contractor's business name. The legal one, the one on the license and the insurance.
  • A certificate of insurance. General liability and workers comp, with the carrier and the expiration date on it. Call the carrier if you want to.
  • The warranty in writing. What it covers, how long, whether it transfers when you sell, and what you have to do to make a claim.
  • A written quote with measurements. Pier count, pier locations, floor elevations, and the price. Not a number on a clipboard.

If you ask for any of that and get a runaround, call us at REPLACE_PHONE and say so. We'd want to know.

What we promise

  • One contractor. Your call goes to one company. You'll get one callback, not five.
  • Same day callback during the week. Call Monday through Friday and you'll hear back the same day. Weekends can run to the next business morning.
  • We don't sell your information. Not to other contractors, not to lead networks, not to anyone. Your name and number go to the one contractor and nowhere else.
  • Honest pages. The cost ranges, the soil facts, and the advice on this site are what the contractor would tell you in your driveway. Nothing here is written to scare you into a bigger job.

Why we built it this way

If you've ever typed "foundation repair near me" into one of the big home services sites, you know what happens next. Your phone number gets sold to four or five contractors at once. All of them call. Some of them keep calling. You spend a week fielding sales pitches from people who paid for your name and want to earn it back.

We didn't want to be that. A homeowner with a cracked foundation needs one competent person to come look, not a bidding war. A contractor who answers the phone and does good work needs a steady stream of calls that aren't being shared with their competitors. Routing every call to one contractor, and telling you plainly that's what we do, solves both problems at once.

It also keeps us honest. If the contractor does bad work, this site's name is on it. So we picked carefully, we listen to the calls, and we'll replace them if they stop answering or stop doing it right.

Questions about any of this?

Call REPLACE_PHONE or use the contact form. If you'd rather read more first, the about page covers what the contractor believes about foundation work, and the FAQ covers the common questions about piers, cost, and warranties.
