Sunken driveways, garage floors, pool decks, and sidewalks lifted in a few hours.
If your driveway has a dip the size of a kiddie pool, or your garage floor slopes toward the house, you don't need to tear it out and pour new. Concrete leveling lifts the slab back into place at a fraction of replacement cost. Most jobs finish in a few hours and you can drive on it the same day.
We drill dime sized holes through the slab. Through those holes we inject a two part polyurethane foam that expands under the concrete. The foam fills the voids, displaces wet soil, and pushes the slab up. We watch the surface with a laser level and stop the moment it's where it needs to be. Then we plug the holes with color matched grout.
Total time on a typical driveway: 2 to 4 hours. The whole crew leaves by lunch.
Tulsa concrete leveling pricing depends on square footage and how much lift is needed.
Mudjacking pumps a cement and soil slurry under the slab. It's the old way. It's heavier than the foam, takes longer to cure, leaves bigger holes, and tends to settle again as the slurry breaks down. We don't do it.
Polyurethane foam weighs about 4 pounds per cubic foot versus 100 pounds for cement slurry. That weight matters when your soil is the reason the slab sunk in the first place. Adding heavy slurry to clay soil that's already moving doesn't fix the problem. Foam does.
With polyurethane foam, the lift lasts as long as the soil under it stays stable. We see most jobs holding 8+ years. Mudjacking with cement slurry is older tech and tends to settle again within 3 to 5 years.
Yes. Pool decks, patios, garage floors, driveways, walkways, and porches. As long as the slab isn't structural foundation, we can lift it.
About 15 minutes. The polyurethane reaches 90 percent of its strength almost immediately. You can park a car on it the same day.
